Please contact us at head(a)hxan.org if you wish any of the following actions: – Not receive electronic broadcasts from HXAN, such as announcements of conferences and training, reference materials; – Cancel subscriptions to HXAN service, such as news letter from Petroluem.cn and OGKAS.com. HXAN will not distribute your personal information, including email, to others, except for legitimate HXAN business, such as knowledge sharing activities.
Review and Correction
HXAN strives to maintain personal information accurately, and provides the opportunity for members and customers to correct erroneous information. Members can access and update their own records through the “Members Only” section of the HXAN website. You will need your user ID and password, which you can obtain from the HXAN Membership Department (head(a)hxan.org).

We retain your information for as long as necessary to permit us to use it for the purposes that we have communicated to you and comply with applicable law or regulations. You always have the right to request us to delete your record entirely.
